Tinted Sunscreen SPF 30

Yes, as others have posted this will rub off on clothing - but is washes out - though not great on our white sun shirts at the collar. We used this for 10 days in the Galapagos - and didn’t get burned at all. The best sun protection is clothing - so we reserved this for our faces, necks and hands, and 1 bald head. We hiked and snorkeled and it stays on MUCH better than traditional sunscreen and needs to be washed/rubbed off. I would not suggest this if you are wanting to lay out at a pool or beach - it’s going to take a lot to cover torso and legs. But for active trips in environmentally sensitive areas it is perfect.

I love this tinted sunscreen. When rubbed in well, the cream doesn't really tint; it just gives the skin a kind of softness. (Hard to describe.) For me, the best feature is that it doesn't irritate my eyes, which my previous sunscreen did! I'm now using this not just for sun-filled vacations, but every day, under my makeup. And of course the eco-friendly feature is a plus, too. ❤️

Pros: reef safe; beige-y pink tinted, don't need to use a lot; the color's a little odd, but it dries quickly so it doesn't get on clothes. Wash hands after application.

This is one of the best nontoxic sunscreen on the market, I'm surprised at how well the tinting works with my very pale skin I'm very happy with this product would purchase again.

STREAM 2 SEA Tinted Sunscreen with SPF 30 is pretty good sun protection. Its all-natural, biodegradable formula ensures guilt-free application, while the tint provides a flawless finish. Non-greasy and moisturizing, it keeps skin hydrated without clogging pores. As it feels good on my face- I was shocked to see the coverage is not like my other tinted Sunscreen- It's a little heavy. BUT- Think about it, on the YUKA APP- it rated very high for not having All the TOXINS. This broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays is a must. With its reef-safe formula and eco-conscious packaging, it's a win-win for both skin and the environment.

Good for the value. Goes on the skin smooth and gives a good tint but it does seem to have a strange smell or scent. Kind of smells strange like a chemical smell or like the smell of some liquid makeup foundations that have a sort of strange scent. Other than this, the product is fine. It would be nice if it could be e a little darker in color. For being $17, it's kind of on the lower end for tinted sunscreen there are products that are much higher quality and give a more higher bronze or sun kissed tint such as one I have bought called Alastin from my medical esthetics spa and go for $65 a tube. You do get what you pay for but for this $17 tinted sunscreen, it does what should and it's not a bad choice when you can't buy the more expensive one this one is a good back up.

My latest vacation involved a lot of snorkeling and I needed reef safe sunblock. I bought this because I'm light/medium tan skintone and didn't want to appear white-streaked in my photos. It really does feel like putting on a thick layer of makeup, but it's very smooth and not at all sticky like the other reef-safe zinc sunblock I tried on this trip. I didn't get burned while using it, though I wore a long sleeve rashguard so I only needed it on my face and legs. I liked everything about this sunblock except the fact that it rubs off on clothes, leaving brown makeup-like stains. You can reduce this by putting on the sunblock before you get dressed and giving it time to dry, and you can get the stains out with dish soap, but it's a hassle. I should note that my boyfriend is pretty pale and he hated this sunblock because he felt like he was putting on fake tan makeup. He is also pretty sloppy with his sunblock application and got brown stains all over his swim trunks. He requested that I buy the non-tinted version for him next time.
