Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments for orders must be made in £ or €, depending on your location. All accounts are set up under pro forma terms and orders are to be paid in full before goods are shipped. Stream2Sea accepts bank transfer or credit card. Stream2Sea are currently not able to offer credit. Please contact your Account Executive for further info.

MINIMUM ORDERS

There is no MOQ for items but Minimum Order Value of £150. Mask defog co-branded MOQ of 144 and lead time 4-8 weeks.

SHIPPING

Most orders are processed within 1 -2 business days. Carriage costs will apply. Rates are dependant on location. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge. Please contact your Account Executive for further info.

TESTERS

We know that trial is essential for customer satisfaction and repeat purchases. We will gladly send 1 tester per £100 purchased, or 1 tester for every 12 units of a single item purchased.

RETURN POLICY

We accept pre-approved returns, provided the merchandise is returned to us in its original packaging and condition and the product is not short-dated (less than 6 months). Customer returns will be replaced one for one at no charge to you (in your next order). A 15% restocking fee applies to preauthorized products returned to us for exchange or refund. When requesting approval for a return, the item number, lot number and the reason for return is required. Credits may be toward future purchase only. Any damage incurred during return shipping is your responsibility.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES

Shortages or damages must be reported Stream2Sea customer service department within 3 days of receipt of product. You should maintain the original packing materials and all products for any merchandise claimed as damaged until the claim has been resolved.

ONLINE SALES/THIRD PARTY RESELLERS

We actively support the advertising and promotion of our products by our retail partners on their individual websites. We do NOT allow the listing of our products with third party resellers such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.

SALES SUPPORT RESOURCES & TRAININGS

You may request brochures, samples, posters and other support material for grand openings and sales events. Our staff welcomes your questions and would be happy to schedule a webinar training for your team. Please contact your Account Executive for further info.
